Event Date: 14th March 2019
Location: Wilson Street, London
So much of business success relies on being able to talk about what you do in a way that gets the listener to buy in to your idea, whether it’s customers, partners or potential investors. This workshop is designed to give you the skills and confidence to pitch your business with conviction and authenticity so you win the results that count.
Expert pitching coach, Amy Tez, will share her unique, practical, no-nonsense insights into pitching your business so you persuade the people who matter. Amy’s work is rooted in dynamic actor technique that gives you the rare opportunity to explore you’re more assertive side – the side that takes risks, dares boldly, steps into the arena, leads powerfully and makes the exciting choices that inspire others into partnering with you.
In this practical session, everyone will have the opportunity to practice their pitch and receive expert coaching from Amy as well as learn from the other businesses in the room. When you register, you’ll be sent a guide to preparing your pitch so you can dive straight in!
You will learn to:
- Command the stage with authority,
- Speak like you mean business,
- Start & end your pitch with a bang,
- Sharpen & simplify your language so you win attention,
- Know the why of your pitch; make every word count.
- Storify your data so you sound exciting – not flat,
- Read your listeners so you forge crucial rapport,
- Inspire others into joining your journey,
- Handle tricky objections with more confidence,
- Embrace risk & care less what others think,
- And bring your most important asset to any pitch – YOU!
